Everybody would like to enjoy life with their hobbies and passions. But one thing is common to enjoy life in all people is Dance. If they are happy, they would dance. Even if they don’t know how to do it still they would dance in happy moments, occasions, celebrations. Some people say that they don’t like and don’t know how to dance but you can notice that they also do dance in celebrations, marriage and occasions. But for some people, dance is the god gift. They can do it very easily in good manner with excellent curves and flexibilities.

So the basic definition of Dance is that it is the art, which involves the movement of body, expressions, passion and spirit. Generally it can possible with Music. So we can say that the Music and dance are made for each other. There are many types of dance like Hip Hop, Bollyood, Ballroom, Contemporary, Salsa, Jazz, Popping and locking, Belly, Bharata Natyam, Kathakali, Odissi and more.

Dance is the hidden language of the soul. There is a vitality, a life force, an energy, a quickening that is translated through you into action, and because there is only one of you in all time, this expression is unique. And if you block it, it will never exist through any other medium and will be lost. To dance is to be out of yourself. Larger, more beautiful, more powerful.. This is power, it is glory on earth and it is yours for the taking. Great dancers are not great because of their technique, they are great because of their passion.
